Lianne Forler, RMT
Lianne graduated The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in May 2017. Her focus coming out of school revolves around relaxation ( general Swedish) massage but also touches on manual lymphatic drainage, breast massage and infant massage. She has also had opportunities to work with people experiencing chronic conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic Migraines, Scoliosis and Polio. Lianne also can further educate clients on how massage can help with Patella Femoral Syndrome, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Torticollis and Low Back Pain.
Lianne was heavily involved in competitive sports her entire life and experienced numerous injuries over the years. The feeling of helplessness when you are unable to do simple daily tasks yourself was incredibly upsetting and this was a huge factor which fuelled her desire to want to be able to help others experiencing similar circumstances. Her work with massage allows her to help others who’s competitive sports have given them the same challenges.
Lianne plans to add acupuncture to her services in the near future.
